I remember that the time was the same, Henry's hunger and all those stats did not move and once you're done with Theresa's DLC you're back to your own devices :D The actions in the DLC do not matter for this case. The DLC is more about story telling and filling in some details that you may of not known without playing this.

For someone who played the DLC mid story, should i have expected Theresa to be lvl 16 amazon princess able to snipe cumans from horseback? Also, keep in mind that Theresa's part is only half of A Woman's Lot. My main problem with Theresa's part is it doesn't feel replayable. Also it being available early meant I accidentally became Theresa within minutes of waking up after skalitz on my first playthrough. Really killed the immersion. Theresa is goddess! So I started KCD again. I never been able to finish this game because it's very difficult but I started it the third time with the determination to finish it. I even got DLCs this time so when I started the game for a change of pace I started the woman's lot DLC as soon as possible. I love Theresa story so much! However I accidentally entered a DLC quest line (A woman's lot) and the progress I made in the main story seems to have vanished. But I still have a save from shortly before I started the DLC, so going back would be an easy possibility. Questions: 1. Does entering this DLC nullify my progress in the main story or will I get back to where I was You can solo kill the cumans, there are plenty of weapons around. Iirc Theresa can stealth kill. There are different sets of female clothes available for Theresa but no armour. Tbh Theresa's quest is only about 40% of the DLC, Johanka's quest that takes place in present day is the remaining 60%. Guess the DLC should've been called Women's Lot instead of A Woman's Lot. Perhaps eventually a mod will allow us to play as Theresa in present day nP5TJ.
