First eject the disc from your xbox. With it still on press the power button for 10 seconds. Wait a little and turn it back on. Then put the disc back in. If all is good it should pop up saying the game requires an update. If not, go to your games and apps and if Black ops 2 is there delete it and redo these steps. Hope this helps.
